Different Techniques for Lucid Dreaming

Before I talked about the technique that I believe works best in order to become lucid. Now I am going to say and describe the most popular methods to get you lucid. The first step before anything is you must keep a dream journal! No matter which method you use.
The first method I talked to you about was reality checks which could be found in my other post about lucid dreaming. The next method is called DILD (Dream Induced Lucid Dream) and is the most oldest forms of lucid dreaming. This is basically when you train yourself to recognize that your in a dream while your dreaming. To prepare for this you have to site mantras which are basically telling yourself advice like "when I am dreaming, I will realize I am dreaming". Also you must have a clear and organized mind in order to do this, the best thing to do is meditate. There are many ways to realize you are dreaming within a dream, you could spot something in your dream that isn't normally there when you are awake to make you realize your dreaming to.
The next method is called WBTB (Wake Back To Bed). In this you have to wake up in the middle of the night. After that it is important to inject thoughts of lucid dreaming before going back to bed. You can do this by reading about lucid  or saying mantras about it. Meditation and reading your past dreams in your dream log would also be helpful. If done correctly you should realize you dreaming when your asleep. Make sure when you wake up, you don't stay up till your fully awake or it'll be hard to fall back asleep.
The 3rd method is called MILD (Mnemonic Induced Lucid Dream). Before doing this method you'll wanna remember your dreams everyday. When doing this you'll also want to be familiar with reality checks and say a lot of mantras. There are 2 ways to do this dream induction, the tradition, or visualization techniques. The traditional way. The  trick is  to get as relaxed as possible, then repeat the mantras over and over again. You should repeat it but you don't want to stay awake trying to focus on saying the mantras. Try and make your last thought before falling asleep about lucid dreaming. If you wake up in the night just try and remember your last dream, write some notes about your last dream, then go back to sleep and try again.
The Visualization Technique is almost the same as the traditional way except it adds the element of visualization in it. First you relax your body for about 5-10 minutes. Use as many relaxation techniques as possible. Cite your mantras then when you are about to fall asleep stop. Think of a place that you can visit in your dream. You make the scenario for the dream. Then when you realized that worked, you should realize your dreaming.

The Hollow Earth Theory: Fact or Fiction

In school you were taught that the inside of the Earth has a crust, mantle, and core but have you ever thought that the Earth was hollow inside and there are beings which live in it. Now before you hate, think about it and consider the possibility. In order to understand something you must be on both sides of it. And remember both of these are theory's so that means both of them could be false. Also the argument that gravity would've collapsed the hollow earth is invalid because if you think of it there could be pillars or something huge supporting the earth.
Even in ancient times this theory was in place. Ever wondered where the Christians or ancient Greeks thought of the idea that there was a hell inside the earth that you go to after you die? Also if  you research Native American history, many tribes in Arizona state that they came from the a place "inside the earth". Whats even weirder is that the same thing is in Australia, Guatemala, and many other parts of the world.
The modern Hollow Earth Theory originated in, 1818 John Cleves Symmes Jr. proposed that the Earth was Hollow with openings at at each pole about 2,300 km across and the earth has 4 inner shells. He even said each shell has its own magnetic poles. Cleves also stated that a artificial sun warms up each level. He proposed to go to a trip to the poles with a few followers and the president John Quincy Adams agree'd to pay for it, but sadly he wasn't in office long enough to fully approve of this.
Your probably thinking how did we make "artificial suns". The Ancient Astronaut Theory states that aliens visited the earth in the past and actually made contact with humans. Theres evidence all around the world supporting this but it isn't a fact yet. I'll probably talk about the Ancient Astronaut Theory in another post. Well there are a few theories as to what created the artificial suns and who inhabits the inside of the Earth. The 2 most popular theories are the descendants of Atlantean's  or Aliens live there. Or maybe both.
Also the Nazi's were interested in ancient astronaut theory. They even hired the Vril family who's main leaders mysteriously disappeared after WW2. Hitler hired archeologists to look all around the world in search of any evidence of this. He even paid for an expedition to the poles in search of Hollow Earth. Some even say they found a hollow earth but that remains a secret for now. Many Nazi's have joined our government after the war to, and their death charges were in fact dropped by the  President. Without the Nazi's knowledge we wouldn't have created the Atomic Bomb or went to the moon. Have you noticed that the space age came right after WW2? Thats because the Nazi's had some sort of mysterious knowledge and were hired by the government. This is a fact. Where they got this knowledge is unknown, except by the highest powers in government.
Many books are written about a hollow earth, but the most famous is probably "Journey to the Center of the Earth". Even though that book may be a fiction book it still has a huge meaning.

Before you comment, actually think about it and how this theory might be true, or you'll never understand it. Also theres so much more to talk about but I tried to keep it short. Sorry if its as long as a book though. Please leave your interesting comments below, and don't forget to click follow :)    These are all theories don't regard them as facts (except when I said it was a fact).

Paranormal Experiences

I'm pretty sure most of you had a paranormal experience before. It could've happened in the past or maybe its still happening to you. I have had a few paranormal experiences when I was a child but theres 2 that I will never forget. The first one happened when I woke up in the middle of the night and I was about to go to the bathroom when I saw this thing with no face and its whole body was skin. I screamed out who's there and no one responded. I went to check it out and I saw it go through a wall and disappear. After that I went to s**t some brix.

So what paranormal experiences did you have in the past?  They don't have to be big ones.

Lucid Dreaming: How to achieve it

Hey everyone I hope all of you (or at least the majority of you) are doing fine :) As you can guess by the title, this post is about lucid dreaming and how to achieve lucidity. For those of you who don't know what lucid dreaming is, its basically the ability to realize and control your dream when your in a dream. Already for a year I have been studying lucid dreaming and I tried all the most popular methods and I know which ones work. For only 3 payments of $19.95 you can learn these secrets now!!!! Just call 1-985-655-2500 and I will personally explain these secrets to you!!!

Just kidding, I don't believe in putting a price on truth. Feel free to call that number if you need any free info on the subject though. Anyways lets get started. You may be asking yourself, whats the point of lucid dreaming if  I don't dream? I call that BS. All humans dream at least 8-10 times a day no matter your circumstances (unless you don't sleep).
If your main problem is that you can't remember your dreams: KEEP A DREAM JOURNAL! This is the most important part of starting out. Always write down your dreams in as much detail as possible. If you wake up in the middle of the night and don't feel like writing down your dream at the moment just write down key words in the dream that'll help you remember it in the future so you could finish the entry later. Eventually as time progresses your dreams will become longer and more vivid. Even if your an expert at achieving lucidity you must still keep a dream journal. Just by accomplishing this your chances of lucidity are greatly increased.
Next lets talk about methods that will get you to reach the state of lucidity. Theres all these methods called WILD, DILD, and other ones but the one I just used the strategy of reality checks. Basically with this method you have to constantly think your in a dream and do reality checks. Constantly ask yourself "Am I dreaming?". Eventually you will ask that in your dream and you will become lucid. There are many reality checks you can use. I constantly look at my hands ask if I am dreaming, and if the lines on my hand are blurred then I am dreaming. In a dream you can't really focus on objects or read texts so thats another reality check you can do. Another method is place one hand on top of another and tell yourself if this is a dream  then my hand will go through my bottom hand if i push the top hand down. This works because you don't have a physical body, its only a projected image of you in a dream. Also if you see something that doesn't fit in reality but is in your dream, you may realize your dreaming.
Affirmation is also a huge part of lucid dreaming. Affirmation is basically constantly asking yourself if your dreaming.
If anyone has their own methods of lucid dreaming, maybe would like to know more about it, or suggest something I could review on my next post comment below:) Don't forget to hit that sexy follow button too and happy dreaming:P

Cannabis: Dangerous Drug or Versatile Herb?

How are you all doing? This is my first "real" post about my blog. You see I got in a fight with someone yesterday who is so close minded he disregards all the facts and believes Cannabis is one of the most harmful drugs out there so as you guessed I am gonna rant about Cannabis.
First I would like to clarify that Cannabis is not a "drug" or "narcotic", instead its a very versatile plant that can change the world for the better. Theres been proof that Cannabis is an extremely versatile and misunderstood plant. Many people think that the only use of Cannabis is getting high but they are very wrong! Cannabis has been used for millenniums without it being illegal.
Cannabis or Hemp when its used to make commercial products, has many more uses than people know. The plant can save the environment by replacing fossil fuels as a cheap alternative. You can also make paper and clothes out of the Cannabis. This will help stop deforestation because it takes only a little Hemp to make paper or clothes, and the material is much stronger and lighter than it being made out of trees. Did you also know you could make plastic out of Hemp? This Hemp plastic is 10x lighter than traditional plastic  and saves the environment. Hemp can also be used to make cosmetics, conditioner, shampoo, soap, and over 5000+ more commercial products!
You may be asking yourself, "if hemp or cannabis is so good, then why is it illegal". Cannabis hasn't been illegal for a long time. Actually less than 1% of its existence it has been illegal. Did you even know that in the 1600's the American Colonies were allowed to pay their taxes in Cannabis. Also the very American Constitution was written on hemp paper. The only reason cannabis is illegal is because the oil, wood, and other big companies didn't want to lose money and bought their way to make it illegal. They used propaganda and a blitz of yellow journalism in the 30's caused the public to think the herb is bad. Those people told their children and their children told their children. They used a Mexican slang term "Marijuana" to make the public think that the herb is bad.
Cannabis also has many medical properties that can help with many illness's. Cannabis seeds are also one of the most healthy things a human can digest. Its also known as a big stress reliever. It also helps with mental illness's such as schizophrenia and bi-polar disorder, and depression but it may also trigger these illness's. Results vary. It is also almost physically impossible to Overdose in Cannabis. And unlike cigarettes and alcohol cannabis is much more healthy and less addictive.
This herb opens up your mind and helps you see the world in a different view, in a different reality.
Below is a really good documentary on the "truth" about Cannabis:
